Minimal Painted Kitchens
Simple and understated, minimal painted kitchens provide the perfect calm backdrop to everyday life.
Each minimal painted kitchen is available in custom colours, and can be combined with simple finger pull or handleless grip detail. Every kitchen is built to the unique design layout and sizing of your space, developed with the help of our skilled design team.
We use VOC-free water based paints for all of our minimal painted kitchens.

Stainless Steel Kitchens
Designed to sit independently or as a combined material arrangement, our stainless steel kitchens provide robust surfaces and a distinctive feature.
Fabricated from our base in Sheffield, we can create custom doors, drawer fronts, worktops and splashbacks with undermounted or weld-in sinks and kitchenware to suit every unique kitchen design.

Kitchen Worktops
From natural limestones sourced from our nearby Peak District to marble, terrazzo and stainless steel, we have access to a wide variety of quality worktop surfaces.
We have a soft spot for working with natural materials and enjoy the patina that enriches our kitchens over time. Through a careful understanding of your own lifestyle and preferences our design team work with you to help specify and select the right worktop for your project; with appearance, functionality and long term maintenance in mind.
Details & Features
All of our kitchens are carefully planned with everyday use and experience in mind; from wider thinking on atmosphere and interior to the smallest of details, we consider every aspect of your kitchen.
All of our doors and drawers are soft-close as standard, available with either a simple finger pull or handleless grip detail. Our drawer boxes and cutlery inserts are custom-made from solid hardwood to your requirements. We also develop and integrate atmospheric lighting and unique furniture features within every Ma-kon kitchen.
Appliances & Kitchenware
We are able to integrate specific appliances and kitchenware from a variety of high quality brands and custom suppliers; from fully integrated ovens and microwaves, concealed fridges and dishwashers to contemporary induction hobs with downdraft technology and instant boiling taps.
Some of the manufacturers we have worked with include VOLA, Miele, Barazza, Bertazzoni, Smeg and Bosch to name a few – our design team will work with you to ensure the right selection for your lifestyle.
Sustainability
We are aware of the effects of human activity on our environment and the responsibility that this places on us to help where we can.
We use natural materials within our kitchens including timber from FSC approved sources and where possible, we use locally sourced natural stone worktops. Our cabinets are made from an engineered wood panel for stability and longevity and we only use paints and lacquers that are water based and VOC free.
Our philosophy is to treat natural resources with respect, coupled with highly crafted manufacturing techniques to create robust, contemporary kitchens that will age well and last indefinitely.
